St. James: Osgood?s Likely Back

Helene doesn?t say how she knows, but we assume she got a text from a BFF and hence?

The Red Wings have scheduled a conference call for Tuesday where they are expected to announce goaltender Chris Osgood will be back for another season.

If she?s right, we?re to assume Osgood is completely healthy. No ill effects from the groin or whatever else has ailed him for the past two seasons.

Right?  Sentimentality?s a wicked drug.
